IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - RETIREMENT & PHASED CLOSURE OF THE BUSINESS

Dear Agent,

After almost 23 years, I have decided it is time for me to retire and gradually close the business.

 

Effective immediately we will not accept any NEW bookings.

Here is what this means for existing bookings:

All bookings travelling 01 January 2026 – 30 June 2026 will be honoured, subject to payment. Normal cancellation & Amendment charges will apply to these bookings.

 

Bookings after 30 June 2026:

For bookings travelling 01 July onwards, we will be in contact with you by the end of January. We are looking at various options to protect these bookings. Please bear with us.

 

My aim is to make this transition as smooth as possible for you and your clients. Rest assured we will do our utmost to assist you.
